I have owned this painting for seven years. I did not particularly like it when I bought it, and I still do not.

Each time I have the thought that I dislike it, I wrap one length of thread around the painting. One thought, one length of thread. The process continues until the painting can no longer be seen.

No one can verify these thoughts but me. I can only be honest or dishonest with myself.
